What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you place an order or subscribe to our newsletter. We post all items Royal Mail first class signed for. Tracking information is available on request. Most of our orders are delivered next day, however in accordance with the Royal Mail delivery times please allow 2-5 days for delivery. Refund/Returns Policy In accordance with UK distance selling regulations if you return you purchase in an unopened condition within seven days you will be given a FULL refund.
